GreenJobs BC – Retrofits and Buildings Forum

Join us in a dialogue on creating good green jobs in British Columbia. We’ll explore the fastest way to lower green house gases, while building thousands of new good-paying green jobs. Retrofits, deconstruction, and the green building sector present BC with an amazing opportunity to take action on climate change and build a strong local economy.

We will be sharing inspiring case studies in BC that demonstrate how local organizations and governments can take action. In addition we will look at cross-cutting themes such as financing, training and education, standards and certification, and policy opportunities.

Mechanical Insulators are making a big difference in British Columbia and Canada. The new years opportunities to inform and educate those stockholders both industry and government to the potential Green House Gas Reductions and overall savings on operational costs when using properly installed Mechanical Insulation.

We have designed the 2012 schedule based on the success we had in 2011 with our communication plan strategy and leading to the resolution being passed at the 2011 UBCM Conference.
